Montgomery Kaddle, centuries ago, became a renowned miner for House Karm. His spearheading use of explosives in Shadow mines gave him a reputation of innovation that has long since transformed to that of mental unbalance. Montgomery Kaddle’s fascination with explosives has been taken up by a faction of miners calling themselves the ‘Kaddles’. While often simply a minor nuisance, their enthusiasm with explosives has been known to cause some serious challenges for House Karm.
